Error Uploading new images

Hello,

First of all, sorry if there is another topic with the same issues. But i've already try the solution but not work.

I'm having error while uploading images to the product. The error message is:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs:/tmp) in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/images.inc.php on line 117

I already chmod all the image folder to 777 (img, p, c), but still not work.

I try to trace where to edit the directory in the italic above, but have no clue.

I am having the same problem, after I uploaded my csv file, I cannot upload a image using the BO.

Please anyone!
