Definition Of "duplicated Content"

Hello!

 

The last couple of days i was trying to find out what this myth of "duplicated content" really is...without succsess :-( I hope someone can answer my question:

 

In the case you have to create lots of products inside a category that are unique in Name (Also in meta-title and meta-description), but nearly the same in long description. For some reason you can´t create just one product with variants and combinations. So you really have 100 products, each with just one sentence different than the others.

 

When the Text is really unique written by yourself, so i doesn´t appear somewhere else on the internet but with minimal differences in 100 products in your store, is this duplicated content and gets penalty from google???
