Can't Turn Debug Mode Off

I did some debugging by setting line 44 og defines.inc.php

When I was done I returned it to false, but on two places at my page the following line appearance:

Prestashop version 1.6.0.14

 

It shows also on devices and pc who never before has been on my site, so it's not a local cache issue.

Also I cannot login to my BO anymore

 

Who has an explanation?

Lines 29 & 31 should be set to false, in the future to see error reports you can set just line 29 to true.

Debugging at line 44 is different report then line 29.
