Paypal Error Only On Mobile

PayPal Europe 3.10.2

PS 1.6.1.1

 

No payment error on desktop, but if I order through a mobile (sandbox mode) I get this error:

PHP Notices NOT only on mobile. Every time I see this in apache log.
