Validation On Textarea (Max Characters Restriction)

Hello everyone.

I want to set max-characters restriction to all textareas in my PRESTASHOP (1.6.1.3),

not as html tag (maxlength) but including validation and error message, like for input fields in address form.

 

Can anyone help?

 

I've tried to google it but what I found is only examples of how to add new fields into form

but no one tell how to add simple validation (I think it shouldn't be hard to do) to the textareas.
