Any Way Too Do Live Inventory Updates

Is there any one out there that can help me. I'm looking to Update my Qty live (once or twice a day) via a URL. Dose any one know how I can do this?

You need to set up import script/webservice on cron jobs. 

 

To set up cron jobs is easy you can google it. It depend on what software you have to manage your server accounts, most popular are: cPanel and directAdmin.

To make import script you will need to find a developer. I can not think that somebody would write an import script for free because it's a lot of work, but maybe you already have one?
