Cant Get Vertical Menus Module To Work

Hello,

 

I'm using Supershop - Vertical Mega Menus Module v1.0 but the only thing is that it will not show up on the home page. Dose any one know how to fix this.

Yes it is a paid theme, but they are not replying to my questions. So I was hoping to find help here.

It is sad to hear, but there are a lot of such stories in the forum.

 

If you bought it in the official addons shop you can report developer to PrestaShop and force him to give a refund. 

If you bought it anywhere else, too bad for you.  

 

I did quick investigation of the code and it is not the same.

Can it be that you are missing some hook?

Maybe module did not install properly or you did accidentally unhooked it? 

 

As you can see yourself: you made menu expanded in the menu row. But in the demo template expanded menu is in the same box as slider, but not in the top menu. 

You can check the difference of the code between your template and demo template by pressing F12 in chrome. If you click pointer icon that would appear on left new window corner you can click any element of website and see it's code. 

I think this is the best I can do on forum. 

 

For professional developer this should be 1-2hour fix, and for theme author it should be 15min fix as he knows his code.
