Seeking Developer For Prestashop Audio Player Module

Here is a short list of features required:

The module is for prestashop 1.6.x default theme
Audio player always docked at the top of the page
Simple appearance Play / Pause button and seeking bar
Compatible on all platforms using HTLM5 audio (no flash)
Responsive
Play / pause button on product short description
On browsing a different page, player doesn't stop currently playing track
On playing another track, current track stops
 
Desktop examples would be the soundcloud bottom player or a simplified version http://www.redeyerecords.co.uk

There is a market for such module for any shop selling audio content (digitally or physically)
