Wrong Price And Taxes

Hi to everybody

 

I have a big problem i can't understand and that happens just few times (it seems i can't reproduce it)

 

All the shop has been set with tax included prices.

 

If i create a product with a price of 100€ and with a 20% of taxes, the total price in the cart is 120€ = CORRECT

 

Sometimes, i don't know why, for some customers, the price get shown without taxes (on both product page and cart summary), so if he proceed buying, he he buys the item without taxes (-20%).

 

This is a very annoying issue. Somebody could tell me if i'm doing something wrong or if there are some know issue / bug to bypass the tax calculation from some fraudulent customers?

 

Is this something connected with cookies acceptance or with IP hidden by a proxy?

Where are you from? Do you use VAT and the European VAT number module?

Hi, thank You for Your answer. I'm from Italy, and YES i use VAT and the European VAT number module (but i think it has been set just for IT customers)

Do you use an external module for attributes and these attributes have an impact on the price? I had a similar problem while using Attribute Wizard Pro.

With properly set taxes and the European VAT module, all customers outside the EU and all EU customers (except Italy) with their VAT number pay no tax. It is alright.

In effect, Yesterday in the late night i moved into European VAT module and in customers group and i found the exception for customers using VAT (deducting the VAT %).
