rocky Posted April 4, 2010 Share Posted April 4, 2010 No "delivered" email is supposed to be sent. If you go to Orders > Statuses, you will see an X under "Send e-mail to customer". You can edit that status and tick "Send e-mail to customer when order is changed to this status" and then choose an email template if you want an email sent to the customer when you change to that status.
