Product Attributes Not Showing In Orders

I recently added some new products to my catalogue with Combinations based on two Product Attributes ("Size" and "Colour").

 

However when I receive an order the "Colour" attribute is missing from the customers order - even though they have selected one on the product detail page.. 

 

 

 

Quite embarassing when I need to go back to the customer to re-confirm their selection!

 

Much appreciate if anyone has any advice on what I may be doing wrong in set up / how to fix.

You did it wrong in bo when creating product combinations. You created 4 combinations and only two of them have 'colour' attribute (and dont have 'size' attribute).

cobinations should look somethimg like:

1) size1,colour1

2)size1,colour2

3)siez2,colour1

4)size2,colour2
