Prestastore Cloud Issues - Paypal Payment Button Not Working For Mobile Sites

So, I am trying to give Prestashop a try ( I currently have a Zencart setup on another business) so far I am spending more time trouble shooting issues than I am enjoying the orders my clients are TRYING to place but cant. 

 

There's a few issues but the main one right now that I've spent hours reading the blogs and online help sites is about the fact that my Paypal button on is not allowing clients to pay. After going through all the filling out forms and trying to order the they hit the button and nothing happens - it just stay on the same page

 

• My efforts to resolve this issue is ensuring that all my paypal API information is working on other sites and they are
• Reviewing help sites to see if they can help me but I've done everything they have suggested
• I have done things I shouldn't have too

This is my last resort before I just open up another ZenCart for my new business

 

Does anyone have a accurate solution for fixing this issue for Prestashop Cloud?
