Links In Email Template Do Not Work

All the links in these email template do not work at all.
For example, email template "backoffice_order " email title: Process the payment of your order
 
code : <p style="border-bottom: 1px solid #D6D4D4; margin: 3px 0 7px; text-transform: uppercase; font-weight: 500; font-size: 18px; padding-bottom: 10px;">A new order has been generated on your behalf.</p>
<span style="color: #777;"> Please go on <a style="color: #337ff1;" href="%7Border_link%7D">{order_link}</a> to finalize the payment. </span></td>
 
but when send to customers, showing in customer's email looks llike this
A new order has been generated on your behalf.
Please go on to finalize the payment.
 
we can see the url but the link does not work.

Hello All, 

 I'm facing the same issue. 

Changes that I made was

1) Friendly URL is enabled

2) Tried to edit through the dashboard (Localisation -> Translation)

 

After repeated changes and continuous work, link is not clickable, fed up and gave up. Can anyone please help us to come out of this issue.

%7B is the code for { and %7D is the code for }

 

I am not sure why, but sometimes if you edit your email templates in backOffice they get broken. 

What you need to do is to open them via FTP and change broken code.
