LauraPresta Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 Hello ! When i receive a message in prestashop, i have it right in prestashop but i dont get it in my mailbox.. The change arrived when i set mailjet (it is like mandrill) but i dont know why i cant get this copy in my mailbox. Do you think it can be a error with IMAP ? for some reason i have too an error with imap : TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to sync.Details:Error thrown: [object Object]Text status: parsererror nothing changed in imap configuration sicne it worked fine.
