Newsletter Block Not In Header Columns (In Displaytop Hook)

Hi all,

 

I have added the Newsletter block Module to displayTop hook but I can't get it to sit under the search box on the right hand side of the Header... Please see the photo attached.

Photo 2: The rough location of where I want the Newsletter Block Module to actually be (under the Search bar)
