Product Combinations

I have a question with prestashop 1.6.   I have 3 types combinatons for a product. For example we do oil painting portraits.

We have a combination with 1 person portrait, 2 person portrait, 3 person etc... the sizes are in another combination

starting at 16x20 inches then 20x24 inches and so on.

 

In a 1 person portrait they can choose a 16x20 size or any size they want. The problem is, if they choose let say a 2 person portrait or a 3 person portrait, it will not fit in a 16x20 in option. So how do I limit the options? meaning if they choose a 3 person portrait they 16x20 size they will not be able to choose that option. Only the larger sizes will be available.

 

I need to make something like a condition, if they choose a many people portrait they wont be able to choose a small size.

But if you enter only valid combinations for the product, the shop will display a message that this model is not available and there will not be "add to cart" button. Maybe this is not perfect, cause all options are visible, but prevents errors.

By default this can't be done. Look through the addons store, there are a few modules that can handle this kind of attribute conditions.

You can have three products instead of one and set combinations for every product separately. This kind of solve your problem.
