Default Bootstrap Theme, Cart Block And Horizontal Top Menu Not Working Well On Mobile

I am newbie to Prestashop and We have developed our multi-vendor market place using prestashop 1.6, It is working almost fine on computer, however while on mobile screen, cart block and horizontal top menu are not working fine and text is being overlapped I am attaching the screenshots. If I disable the cart block and the horizontal top menu, that the site (on mobile" appears okay, however when I enable these (or any of these) text on the screen is cluttered because of overlapping. I have tried uninstalling and installing the module (cart block), disable and enable the module on mobile even replacing complete copy of mobile folder of the theme.Theme being used is Bootstrap theme. However i had copied the same with new name and using the theme with new name in a bid to undesired changes to prevent automatic update. I am not sure whether it is the correct way. 

I am not sure but probably initially there were no issues, and in between i also have migrated my website from one host to another, if this is somehow related to issue, even though it shouldn't.

The issue persists with different mobiles, so it is not a browser issue. I hope i have made myself clear, in case more information or clarification required, please let me know.
