Add More Pictures to New Products at frontpage ???

Somebody know how to add Pictures to the new products showed at frontpage ??? The new products setion allows only two

pictures, but i want each new products comes with one picture.

If it can be done, can you explain step by step how to do that ? i am not good at programs.
