_AlexG_
Hi everyone ! A shop I created shows different prices on different screens (PC or smartphone), what's a real problem. In the shop configuration : there is only one currency, and no different prices in different countries. Any idea ? Thank's for the help ! tuk66
I can't believe it! http://www.elmo-casque.com/airborn/424-ecran-incolore-et-bandeau-cuir-noir-airborn.html Firefox: 49,17 € TTC Chrome: 59,00 € TTC The ratio is 1.2 (20%). I must be tax. Do you use geolocation?
_AlexG_
Different prices for 2 different browsers... Incredible... I do not particularly use geolocation: I have only one language and one currency. The problem is you see "TTC" for the 2 prices, instead of "HT" for the first one. Mystery... If you try to buy the first one (HT), is tax added before the payment ? Thank's four your help !
tuk66
I didn't sign up or something similar. Just opened that page and saw 2 different prices. Here is the checkout summary: Firefox:Total produits TTC : 49,17 €Frais de port 5,00 €Total 54,17 €Chrome:Total produits TTC : 59,00 €Total frais de port (TTC) 6,00 €TOTAL 65,00 €
_AlexG_
It's so strange... Here is the product configuration : I have checked the "promotion“ tab (to see if some rules could disturb), but I have nothing there. Furthermore, some people in my country see different prices, like you. We can maybe deduce that the problem is not location ? But I don't know where the problem could be. Maybe in database ? tuk66
I don't think so. Imagine, I have two browsers in my computer and every browser shows different prices. I haven't seen it.
_AlexG_
Hi ! The bug is still there. I have contacted the theme team (Prestabrain), but no answer at this time. Here are 2 screens. True prices : Wrong prices : Even the price displayed on the left sidebar is wrong. Can we conclude that the full price calculation is wrong on the 2nd screen ? If yes, where is the price calculated in Prestashop files ? Thank's a lot Alex Edited February 15, 2016 by _AlexG_ (see edit history)
