Category Not Appearing In Menu

I am currently developing a multistore using prestashop v1.6.1.3, I have gone through a lot of forum topics relating to this issues, none have been ablet o resolve mine.

 

I deleted the sub categories that I created inside the Home (root Category) and I guess that accidentally deleted my root category (home) now it appears as "root category" but after adding the desired categories, I can see them appearing in "New category and Hot Category" but can't be found in the main "Available item" that would have enabled me add it to the menu. 

 

P.S when I click on the Catalog > Product it open an error bar {Prestashop Exception}

 

Please snapshots are included in this post to enable an expert respond with a solution.

 

I will be so so glad if this problem is resolved.
