Cannot Login To Back Office After Update From 1.6.0.9 To 1.6.1.2, 1.6.1.3 And 1.6.1.4

Hi,

 

several times I updated a well working 1.6.0.9 PrestaShop Installation to different newer Versions (1.6.1.2, 1.6.1.3, 1.6.1.4) using the 1-Click-Update.

 

All tries ended up in a not working authentification of the back Office.

 

Always a Login Screen Holding empty text field is given back.

 

No message, nothing. :-(

 

Has anybody an idea to work around that Problem?

 

Seems this is an important one, because without access to the back office a shop is not useable.

Hi elezar,

 

yes of course Cookies, chaches, etc. were deleted.

 

But after I realized that Chrome is working, all data which a user is able to delete inside the iExplorer were dropped and the iExplorer was restarted. Since then it is working. Seems drop cookies in iExplorer isn't sufficient to get back office running after an update.
