Shop66
I have Prestashop 1.6.1.3 I created 2 shop: 1) www.shop1.com 2) www.shop2.com The first (shop1) have the installation of Prestashop and it works. The second (Shop 2) is not working. I configured everything according to the official. www.shop2.com is an alias domain www.shop1.com. The problem When I type www.shop2.com get redirected www.shop1.com while on the other hand, should show me the layout and all the features of the site shop2 that I created in the back office of prestashop. Why? How can I fix? I also tried to set the second shop as a folder and not as a domain. In this case it's works. It seems that the problem there is only two domains on two different shop. P.S. The Alias of shop2 was created with Plesk. Edited January 8, 2016 by Shop66 (see edit history)

El Patron
plesk alias is correct, sometimes this is as simple as clearing browser cache... make sure www or not www usage is set properly in ps ms back office config.
Shop66
The configuration of the www is correct in the back office, I emptied the cache and I used different PCs but doesn't work Edited January 8, 2016 by Shop66 (see edit history)
El Patron
if you have quality hosting, they can help as it may be dns issue..note posting 'it does not work' does not really help moving forward please post useful information, maybe post screen shots of back office config...dns...etc...fact, pie charts...lol anyway...I've done more multishop setups than anyone on the planet. ..and plesk alias works perfectly,, sometimes issues when using cctld's that require two ip's (italy for example)...that is why having your hosting help may further your cause. Shop66
I have two shops: 1) paperone.it (Prestashop is installed); 2) pluto.it (without Prestashop). I created an alias in Plesk pluto.it called for the second shop. Then I went in the back office of PrestaShop is I added a shop (Pluto) in Multisore I configured the domain (www.pluto.it) At this point by typing the name www.pluto.it in my browser I should see the configuration of the new shop. Instead I was redirected to www.paperone.it and see the configuration shop1 (www.paperone.it) Why? El Patron
define pluto in back office as www.pluto.it, ps has been 'known' to treat www and non-www url as two different url's. many of us have put redirect in our .htaccess to ensure we used with or without www depending on our back office configuration. also I have in the past not been able to alias an .it url to my own shop because it has 2nd registrar, and might not be set up properly, this is why I suggested contacting your hosting company and/or search about configuration of .it ccTLD. I pointed this out in post 6. Edited January 10, 2016 by El Patron (see edit history)
