dawn21
Hi, I have a new project in which I have to upgrade Prestashop backend and install new theme. I purchased the Stationary theme but while installing it I messed up the modules folder. I had to reinstall prestashop and now I cannot restore the products on the online store. I tried following tutorials; deleted the databased and restoring back the back-up but it messed up with system again and I received the 505 error message when I tried to access the site. Could you please tell me how I can restore all the products without messing up the prestashop system? I have installed the latest version of prestashop. Thank you! NemoPS
If you only messed up with folders, just clean the database up, then restore the previous (hopefully you have a copy)You can use new files from a clean package, although you need to have all of the modules you use in the folder as well
dawn21
I tried this already but then the site has a 505 error message. Is there a way to only restore the products and categories? Please I need help urgently.
