New Catalog Product Imgaes Are Not Uploading

Hello all,

 

I am trying to upload image in new product but its not uploading images in admin. I am using prestashop 1.6.1.2, while my older products are showing uploaded images. I have also uploaded fresh installation of js library, but still its not working.

 

As you can see in attachment after selecting image still it shows "add file" rather than upload option.

Kindly help, is this prestashop bug or is there something I am missing.

 

I have also not customized anything in prestashop core files.

 

Now you lads are my only hope for solving this issue. weird thing is, I can upload images under CMS and categories but under product its not working.....

There can be several issues and you have to find yourself what is the real problem:

1) Javascript error. If you are using chrome press F12 and see if there are any red notices in the console.

2) Image file size is too big, so server is not uploading it. 

3) You have run out of space in your hosting, so it is not possible to upload.

Thanks for your reply, 

 

==> I already checked in console and found js error, but that Js is default library. I also updated that js with new libraray but still no luck.

==> Image size is as per standard its only 100kb.

==> I checked hosting space and found 3 GB is unused.

No bother, I solved it, Modules were conflicting with each-other.

It was cmsshortcodegallery module js was conflicting with product default js
