Server 500 Error When Editing In Preferences > Seo & Url. V 1.6.1.3

Hello,

 

Once logged in, on left hand side menu I click on Preferences > SEO & URLs, then try clicking on any of the "editable" option buttons will produce the server 500 error. All other edible sections in other menu areas seem to be ok.

 

Here is the error details I get in the browser: 

Server error 500

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.recordingangels.com/prestashop/admin218m2u93y/index.php?controller=AdminMeta&id_meta=5&updatemeta&token=1526080ab0f8a34289cd785582689413. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

 

 

PrestaShop version 1.6.1.3

Anyone know what this might be caused by?

Appena vado in seo & url e modifico qualsiasi voce mi escono questi due errori.

When i go to seo& url and modify all voice there are this error .
