I I have been using paypal for some time on my web site, then had messages saying, "Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module " as this didn't affect purchasing just annoying I put through test orders and was fine checked with paypal all ok Then just before Christmas very busy time my paypal stopped working so loaded the latest module PayPal v3.10.2 by PrestaShop. I have checked and rechecked my Api and yes all correct. But keep getting this when I try to set up } Error ! You need to provide your PayPal API credentials in step 3 in order to accept payments. Hope you can help as I have lost my Christmas sales hope to resolve for the New years sales. been on this for days no luck help All of the Paypal buttons have gone except in payment options but this is nonfunctional say javascript0 John Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

4wheeln Posted January 8, 2016 Author Share Posted January 8, 2016 Hi Prestashop users update with problems with integration an configuring the latest Paypal Free Module, after a meeting with IT a web designer, tried many options without any success after SIX hours PrestaShop™ 1.4.9.0 paypal module PayPal v3.10.2 by PrestaShop. Then he downloaded the latest prestashop and setup separate website to test the paypal no problem so conclusion lastest Paypal not compatible with PrestaShop™ 1.4.9.0. My web site is going to upgrade this will be done by the end of the week as to assure no data problems fingers crossed. I a wait the invoice from the IT web company. I understand the module are done by non funded but so far this has cost me Christmas sales and still on a loosing as only one order came through and that was on a bank wire HAPPY NEW YEAR ??
