How to clear shp cache ?

Hello,

i'm working on themes of my prestashop and i'm modifyng some modules to match my requisite. But i'm unabvle to see changement after modification all remain the same.

Is the first time with prestashop.....does exist a cache that can be cleared to see the results of modification ?

To clear cache ''tools\smarty\cache\'' and ''tools\smarty\compile\''
delete files in these folders.

I erased all files with stores and still it's visible on the website ...unbelievable
