Payment - Bank Wire Module Doesn't Work

I have installed the Bank Wire Module but it doesn't show up while check out for payment. May i know what is the problem with it? Please find my attachment to see the printscreen pages. Thanks for advise.

Below what you screened, is it enabled for all groups and countries you use?

Yes, enabled for all group and countries.

I would try logging something in its hookpayment. Open up bankwire.php and look for the method named hookPayment. At the very beginning write

d('test');

Then reach the checkout and see if the page dies at some point, or payment methods are not loaded if you use opc

there is a chance that you used module like ship2pay to define visibility of payment methods?

And what about currencies?

Hi, i set the bank wire and paypal option only available for our currency to be Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. Not available for customer currency.

What if you try with customer currency and only enable RM anyway in the back office? Or do you need multiple?

For Bank Wire option, only available for Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Either on Paypal option, i can only select one. Please find the attachment on printscreen.

The bankwire module should appear if you have RM currency selected.

Bellini is right. At this point, enable dev mode (see my signature), and check if any error pops up. Also switch between 5 steps and opc and see if it appears
