yvesima
Hello and thank you for this answerI think that there has been an error 503 when the payment or a problem with an old cart stored cookies. PrestaShop has generated the wrong amount dan sla factuure because a product has become out of stock .The command in the backoffice shows an amount paid of € 74.24 which is the amount paid by the customer, but when you look in the customer record in the Back Office the amount paid is double is € 144.48 I find this value in the table " orders" in the field total_paid_real It appears that all other information seems correct Thank for your help I find this value in the table " orders" in the field total_paIt appears that all other information is correct
