How To Have Predefined Fields In Address Form To Select From?

Hello all,

I want to serve a particular area and for that i need a address form that have predefined areas to choose from.
Like if i have 4 areas, namely

A

B

C

D

Then at the end the user have to choose one of these A, B, C, D.

It depends on whether you use 5 steps or 1 step checkout. But basically all you forms (such as order-opc.tpl) are in you template directory (under the themes directory). You should adapt them in such a way that the same fields are available but the choices are restricted.
