Blurry Banner Image

Hi All

 

I'm having trouble with some banners I've created for the home page which are uploaded through the theme configurator. I have created them in illustrator and photoshop but when uploaded to PS they appear blurry. I have uploaded several versions of the the saved banners to www.take-a-moment.com (the bottom banner is the one uploaded to PS) to make a comparison to the PS site www.cafebucknalls.co.uk 

 

The banner is 804 by 198, I've adjusted the picture size in theme configurator accordingly but it doesn't seem to work.I've attached the banner so you can also look at that.

 

 

Any suggetsions?
