Products Comments Doesn't Open Up

Hello

 

I have just updated Prestashop from version 1.4 to 1.6.1.  I am facing some problem on comments section. when i go to submit review of product the form doesn't open. i asked someone he said its because some old module conflict.

and try to submit some review.Nothing happens.

 

Any help how can i resolved this issue. What i find out the fancybox is not opening up but from which module its conflicting i don't know.

Hello

uninstall the module.

remove the module.
After that, you will see the net version of the module for installation in modules list.
