tdr170 Posted December 23, 2015 Share Posted December 23, 2015 (edited) Warning: Do not use Ipage for hosting Prestashop they have recently changed their back end and Prestashop will no longer install. I have gone round and round with them and am in the process of cancelling and moving our account. While our site is running no new instances can be installed, will go to 23% and no further. I believe this is a session.save path issue which they say that it can no longer be edited. I discovered this while trying to install 1.6.1.3 for testing purposes. If anyone here has Ipage I suggest you try to install another instance to see if yours will work. If your site goes down and you need to reinstall for any reason you will be dead in the water. Well they did fix this issue but not before I had enough, I switched to A2 Hosting and all is well.
