Basicdog
My shop has 2 languages, german and french (www.basicdog.ch). Default language is german. When I choose "french" on my website, then the shop moves to the french language correctly. When hovering over the links with the mouse, the links shows correct url's (fr) but when clicking on a link, the shop moves back to german... It drives me mad.... I can't find the source of the problem. I've passed hours of searching in the forum and on internet. Please help.
El Patron
Hi, that is frustrating... try this, back office-->localization-->localization--> where it has 'set language by browser' set to 'no' and save. re-test and see if you still have issue... El Patron
to eliminate 3rd party module/override in back office-->adv parms-->performance Here you can disable 3rd party module and/or overrides. Disable these two, click clear cache top right of same screen and re-test to see if issue persists. This works in native feature so we have to assume it's either you have installed (module) or custom change or possible issue with .htaccess, try regenerate this, search on how to do so. Hoping for good news.
