403 Forbidden Error For Order-Confirmation.tpl

hi,

 

i am having a strange problem.

 

my payment gateway from Instamojo ( www.instamojo.com ) has been setup to use prestashop with the module provided by instamojo.

 

now when the payment gets completed the user is redirected to order-confirmation.tpl file for completing the order.

 

that page is giving an 403 Forbidden error. the file permission were 0644 when this happened. i changed the file permissions to 0755  but still the problem happened.

 

now the order does not get completed and the product shows pending in the cart. on the other end i recv. the payment from the payment gateway.

 

i am totally confused. please help me with this.
