m.cote
HI, We are facing an issue with our frontend, we haven't been able to quite localise where it comes from yet and would really appreciate some help on solving the issue. What we have so far is this: When clicking on the top menu on one of our button to load a CMS page (Bespoke/Samples/Quotation/Bulk/News) before the current page has finished loading we get the following error: TECHNICAL ERROR: Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error The error doesn't appear 100% of the time, we need to click relatively fast in order for it to appear. It appears on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. We have gone through the console to see if there was any error display, but there is nothing but some warnings changing depending on which page we currently are. When going through the network tab, we can see that there is a jQuery entry that fails repeatedly when the bug happens. See attachments 1 and 2. We don't know if it's related or not. While this is not critical, it triggers an error 500 about 1 times out of 5 We are running prestashop 1.6.1.0 Our website is www.lanyardpeople.co.uk Thank you for your help,
Simonas Invertus
Your website loads a lot of jquery additional libraries, but I can not see main jquery loading in the header, so no additional libraries should work and one of them might throw this error.
