Cart Restriction

Hi,

 

Is there any way to restrict all customers cart to one item per order if they are overseas?

 

I am unable to set Prestashop to calculate shipping correctly on multiple items outside of the UK. The reason being that most of the time I can fit a large order, multiple items. into one box and Prestashop doesnt have any way of knowing this so will always charge shipping incorrectly.

 

I'd like to restrict all international orders to 1 item only, when customers try to put another cart in I would like a message to pop up asking them to email me for an accurate quotation.

 

Is this possible?
