Disable Cache And Not Having To Delete Class_Index.php

im developping a module that uses overrides and stuffs

i've disabled every cache functionalities available from the backoffice

 

but i still have to manually delete /cache/class_index.php for everysingle change i make !

is there a way to disable the regeneration of this file ?

when developing a module that uses override, and you need to make changes, then work on the copy running in ps override folder so you do not need to uninstall/install module to get the new override code.  Note be careful when uninstall and/or uninstall delete as you can lose you changes....that's now I do it anyway as I don't have the time or patience for testing in a non-cached system...good luck!
