500 internal errors

When browsing through my store, i occasionally get a 500 Internal Error. It happens around every 5-10 pages, sometimes more. Checking my error log and nothing is showing in there. Any help appreciated. www.sinfultease.com

Double check your server error log (from your cpanle), any errors will be reported there, try searching by your ip address.

I'm not getting any errors in the error log. This is what i cant understand. If there is no 500 shtl file then i will obviously get an error as detailed below :

But if i upload a 500.shtml file to replace the error page then i get nothing. Absolutely no error showing in the cpanel error log, even though i am still getting the 500 Internal Error pages.

Is it happening to different pages?

Try asking your hosting company.

Yes, its happening on random product pages - refreshing the page takes away the error and loads the page fine second time round. My hosting company has no idea why this is happening and thought it may be a permissions error. I have another site with the same host using prestashop but it runs fine.

What version of PS are you using and what version of PHP?

i had same problem and solution is

open your php.ini file and delete 81. line from it
setlocale(LC_CTYPE, strtolower($ps_language->iso_code).'_'.strtoupper($ps_language->iso_code).'.UTF-8');

so,, your shop will work normale without problem
