anke
Are customers supposed to receive an order from our site when they order an item? I receive and email that someone made a purchase from my site and Paypal. They DO receive an email from Paypal.Am I missing something or does the customer view everything from within the website.? tomerg3
Try following http://www.presto-changeo.com/content/9-fix-email-problemsIf this still doesn't help, you may need to use the smtp mail option.

anke
on the server the public/mail folderyou see...the prestashop WIKI said to make a whole bunch of folders to security of write 777. So, I did....thinking the WIKI had legit info in it....while I was thinking the whole time that this info was crazy and making my site insecure....I decided to change it back....Now why would the WIKI tell me to do this??? I mean, it said to make all of the module folders 777....weird...I emailed prestashop, but will probably never hear back.Thank you for all of your help....this forum is great!
