Successfull Payment But Store Shows Error

Hello,

 

my store's main currency is EUR, 

when accepting EUR Paypal is working fine. 

 

But with GBP or USD, the store shows a page inside my store with the text PAYMENT ERROR :

 

in the backend: 

 

however, they payment GOES thru each time. The payment itself is fine. Just prestashop is showing this error message.

 

Is that maybe a setting in Paypal plugin or ...?

 

I have no idea how to solve this and would appreciate your help, 

as I switched from Shopify to Prestashop just mainly for accepting more than 1 currency

I was able to solve the problem. I had no decimals enabled!

Could you explain what you mean with 'no decimals enabled'? Where did you find that setting?

 

I have a similar problem, I have multi stores and the module does not work in the multi store environment. Payment goes through but error in the backoffice after successful payment. I think it is because of the multi store but I also use GBP and USD so there might be a connection. Solving your case could also solve mine...

@bellini13: Thank you for your reply. I checked it and I have decimals enabled so my multishop issue is still unresolved. However, it was worth trying
