0 bellini13 Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 First, I would report them to consumer reports and better business bureaus (or your countries versions of those). 1) For selling you something that does not work, and 2) for making you pay to fix the first thing. Second, I would dispute the charges with Paypal or your Credit card company (the SSL charge), usually gets merchants to respond.
