Rolige
If you have PrestaShop Cloud, there is no other option. If you have your private server, you can upload it as I said before, or you can upload it throw FileZilla.
loscuras2
dont have a module wich can do the same?or i just have this option?i mean i already have edited all the website, etc i will loose everythink if i follow this way no?
bellini13
unfortunately Prestashop checks your country, and then shows you what modules are supported. Paypal USA and Paypal Europe modules apparently do not support Brazil. So the work around here is to change the country that your shop is located (in back office), then search for a Paypal module and install it, and then change your country back. bellini13
USA is not a supported country for the Paypal Europe module. I'm not sure about Germany. I would keep trying different Europe countries until it works.

Rolige
That's a problem, you can't get your files or database from PrestaShop Cloud, or maybe if you upgrade with the module 1-Click Upgrade with the option to create a backup, there is a possibility to get that file, is just an idea, I have not did this before ok.
