Speeding Up Ps1.6 With: Disabling Modules, Htaccess Rules, Etc.

Hi there!

I'm into fine tuning my shop's performance and I'm having few questions:

 

1. Will I gain any speed if I delete the unneeded and uninstalled modules in my modules folder?

2. Why is EU Complience module so slow?! I gain ~250 ms on average when disabling it (product list).

 

 

 

That's all for now! I'll continue my tests and see where I can gain few ms here and there...
