skybyrd Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 So a few days ago I purchased one of these SSL certs for my shop on the PS Cloud. What a sham these are! After receiving a notice that the cert was installed and instructions to update our DNS info. The thing does not work! Like everything else we have purchased! In the Backoffice under Preferences>General there is no slider available for us to activate SSL. So like everything else, now I have to "submit a ticket" which is more money out of my pocket, to have something looked at that should have been done correctly in the first place. On top of it all, since I am out of tickets and I will have to purchase another bundle! What a scam! No thanks! Have even emailed folks at PS and called.....no body cares.
