I have this, and prolly it is a bug (1.6.0.6)

 

When i receive or send a message to customer thru prestashop, the message kept in "customer service" in backoffice is badly formatted

 

Exemple :

Hello,

 

Hope you are pleased,

Site : test.com

 

Thank you.

>>

 

 

Will be formatted in backoffice 'customer service" :

Hello, Hope you are pleased, Site : test.com Thank you.

Anyone know about this ?

 

As i said it is in both way, mails that i send and mails that i receive.

Try to use email templates from the latest version (/mails).

ok i will try, or maybe the new version of template too ?

 

But im not sure because the mail i receive through customer service in BO are badly formatted too

I checked that the bad format was only in "customer service" in backoffice, that means client get normal formatted message but "customer service" save them badly formatted, same for the message i received, "customer service" badly format them :/

ok, this works "  white-space: pre; " but i cant find admin-theme-prune.css because i have no theme/default/ directory .. damn

ok found it, correct directory is NAMEOFDIRECTORYADMIN/themes/default/css/schemes/

 

correct answer for this blanck space

}
