bekway Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 In response for a "paid" request for help on something I suspect could be a bug on multiple orders in PS 1.6, I unwisely replied with log-in details and passwords as requested. Since then nothing...... This "bug" does not send out e-mail order confirmations on multiple product/multiple carrier rate orders, apparently because of a time-out issue (300 seconds!!!). Payment is received but no e-mails and back office confirmation button blank so no way of knowing the order exists until customer complains about receiving only half the order. Can anyone here on the forum confirm that Bruno Verano <[email protected]> and Lamine Badiane <[email protected]> are bona-fide PS support people ? Should I change all our FTP and PS passwords? Sylvain CM Posted December 7, 2015 Share Posted December 7, 2015 Hi, Bruno and Lamine are PrestaShop Team Members, do not panic In the future, the best way to share PrestaShop credential to a member in our team is to create a special account, called for example PrestaShopHelpMe : so you won't share your personal informations and when the bug is resolved you are free to delete the account.
