This Module Is Already Installed: Autoupgrade

I want to upgrade my prestashop version using the 1-click upgrade module

 

The issue is that when i locate this module on the modules page, it says "install" next to it. When i click this it fails and displays the message..."This module is already installed: autoupgrade".

 

This is preventing me upgrading and i'd rather fix this than upgrade manually.

 

For reference, this module does appear to be installed when looking at my ftp, however I have no other option other than "install" or "delete" when trying to access the module.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Jon,

 

Sorry you have this issue.

Note: in back office-->under performance-->at the very bottom make sure you do not have 'file cache' enabled.  this can lead to unpredictable results when working with module install/uninstall. 

 

Using FTP, rename or delete the autoupgrade module under modules.  Then try it again.
