Backoffice Errors Showing All Of A Sudden - Ps 1.6.1.2

Hello,

 

I'm all of a sudden getting the error's below on top of every backoffice page. Does anyone know what the deal is? Yesterday it was an error dealing with the "default_country_modules_list.xml" file, which I didn't even have, so I added a blank file and that error message went away. But now I'm getting the following error messages. I upgraded from 1.6.1.1 to 1.6.1.2 a week ago.

 

 

1. Error found : expected '>' in must_have_module_list.xml file.
2. Error found : Opening and ending tag mismatch: categoryName line 1 and cate in must_have_module_list.xml file.
3. Error found : Premature end of data in tag module line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file.
4. Error found : Premature end of data in tag modules line 1 in must_have_module_list.xml file.
