Email Or Stats Log Notification Of Stock Increase Or Decrease

Hi,

I am looking for a module or script that could do either of these scenarios:

 

Option 1: When an Admin changes the stock level of a product via the BO. To be notified by email of the stock adjustment. the email would need to say which product and attribute has been changed, and also the new stock level. (if possible it would be good to show the old stock level also). 
For example the email would say: T-SHIRT : blue, small has been changed from 3 to 7. 

Option 2: To create an online Stats page or 'log' which would show all the increase and decreases made to all products and attributes. 

Could this be achieved if it isn't already a module?
